"Standard rotation" permits you to automatically generate always-fresh radio playlists based on specified types of streaming audio clips, including music, commercials, station ID, etc. You can also rotate using characteristic criteria, such as genre, priority and tempo. In addition, each clip can be assigned other time-based criteria, including start/stop time and date, time-of-day play, and the rate at which priority of play decreases. You create program playlist templates, which include a modifiable set of broadcast rules, such as those cited by the RIAA. Simply add a template item to the playlist with a rotation button, whether song, commercial or station identification, and the software automatically inserts the semi-randomized clips that conform to your specified criteria.
